Exciting Additions Made to Hardware Department
Hardware Hank will be Pine Ridge’s newest hardware store. Buche Foods announced this week that the popular chain would be joining their upcoming grocery store. Tony Vocu will continue as Manager.
With the February 9th closing of Sioux Nation, Buche will continue to bus shoppers to Lynn’s Dakotamart in Martin, Monday through Friday, as they make the grocery and hardware store transition.
“One of the biggest questions we kept getting from the community was ‘What are you going to do about hardware?’” said RF Buche, President of GF Buche Company. “We’ve crossed the country seeking out the best fit for products and the best fit for the community. Hardware Hank is both. Tony and the rest of the hardware team do a great job and we know everyone is going to be really pleased with the changes.”
The store plans to increase home, hardware and paint selections, sporting goods, and farm and ranch products. Hardware Hank is working with RF to customize its merchandise to match the needs of Pine Ridge. Customers can plan on brands like Stanley, Weber, Traeger, Ring, Century Tools and more.
In addition, Buche is dedicating two cash registers to the hardware section to help serve customers more quickly. The store will also feature automatic reorders on stock that is low, which means having the right merchandise when needed, and fewer “out-of-stocks.”
Buche adds, “They understand rural America. We chose Hardware Hank because of their great assortment and because they’ve always been community focused.” Buche Foods and Hardware Hank plan on an early 2019 opening.
